In the fall of 2005, Pinnacle finished out 93,500 s/f in less than a 5 month period at the Shops at Galleria located in Bee Caves, Texas. Each space had individual needs with the same consistency in quality and time restrictions. All part of national chains; PetsMart, Michael’s, Linens ‘N Things, Pier One and World Market make up the majority of the anchors for the new development.

Each tenant has a specific specification and allows little for variation. PetsMart includes a pet spa and veterinarian requiring many clean services and proper ventilation. Michael’s services a large steel mezzanine storage areas stocked through a conveyor belt. Pier One has over 10,000 s/f of bright red ceramic tile while World Market has furred out area with canvas awnings designating the food market. All five spaces service many customers and take a lot of abuse requiring extensive wall blocking, large stainless corner guards, cart bumper guards and durable services.
