New York City??? You bet! Manny Hattan’s captures not only the wonderful taste of New York but the space screams The Big Apple! It’s tall, it’s colorful, it’s groomed…. as you drive up you are greeted by a 30’ tall metal piece of art mirroring downtown New York – buildings creatively carved and notable landmarks accented by the City lights.

Upon entering the space you are greeted with a custom wood clad deli case surrounded by smells of the adjacent bakery. The dining area is wide open yet creatively separated by wood and glass partitions. The tile work is most notable combining various colors, sizes, styles and accents lining every wall. Because the previous tenants had various floor surfaces strongly adhered, the concrete conditions were unleveled and scarred creating a challenge for the desired stained finish. A self-leveling topping was applied, followed by a score pattern and alternating stain colors creating a great look with a highly durable surface.

The kitchen is partitioned with a wood-lined half wall and topped with a frosted glass etched with a New York skyline. The dining ceilings capture the historical deli feel with true embossed metal panels and custom chandeliers.
